Pray for good fellowship and productive collaboration as CMCUS member care staff meet with others who serve in similar roles from throughout the Christar International Network.

Lift up our mobilizers as they kick off their fall season with several conferences and events. Ask God to give them good connections with believers who would be a good fit for Christar. 

Ask God to provide 100% of the support needed by three new staff members, joining our church engagement and mobilization teams, by the end of the year.

Lift up everyone participating in EXPLORE Christar. Pray that those considering cross-cultural ministry will come away encouraged and with clear next steps. And ask that the church leaders attending will gain an understanding of how Christar can help them send well. Pray that this time will strengthen relationships with missions-minded churches.

Ask the Lord to enable us to make rapid, accurate and sustainable progress on ongoing finance initiatives. Pray for understanding from our financial partners as we continue to adapt to new systems and processes.

Ask God to provide for two families and two single workers who are hoping to begin long-term ministry in September. Especially lift up one couple that has struggled to obtain needed visas.

Pray for wisdom and discernment as the member care staff at the CMCUS plan for the October RENEW debriefing retreat.

As we begin to promote our new Church Ministry Residencies, we ask God to bring both recent graduates with hearts to serve and churches eager to invest in the next generation. Pray that through this program, men and women will be equipped with the hands-on experience they need to effectively serve within the Body of Christ, whether in the United States or overseas.
