Praise God for all who’ve listened to the Christar podcast, Mobilizing the Gospel! Pray for ongoing wisdom in producing episodes that help listeners better understand the opportunities and challenges of cross-cultural ministry and that equip them to participate in the Great Commission.

Lift up workers in transition as they seek to discern God's will regarding future ministry options.

Pray for wisdom in preparing for the July RENEW debriefing retreat for workers on home assignment, especially in reworking the schedule to hold this event off site.  

Ask the Lord to give us wisdom and patience as we implement a new payroll system.

Pray for U.S. director Jim as he travels throughout North America and Europe this month. Pray he will connect well and be an encouragement as he interacts with Christar workers in seven locations.

Pray for wisdom as the Christar U.S. Board of Trustees searches for new nominees.

Ask that Christar staff participating in The Gospel Coalition conference will connect well with many individuals and churches interested in ministry among the least-reached.

Pray for energy, discipline and clarity for the applicants who are finishing forms and submitting references with the goal of participating in New Personnel Orientation in June.

Ask the Lord to give abundant grace to appointees saying goodbye to family and friends as they prepare to leave for the field.

Continue to pray for our incoming treasurer as he transitions into this new role.

Praise the Lord that the Ministry Expansion Kit, a set of resources to help cross-cultural workers access the help of skilled volunteers, was launched on March 17! Pray that this kit will help workers from many organizations utilize the help of skilled professionals so they can serve more effectively.
