Pray for the mobilizers participating in CROSS Con January 1-3 and 5-7, asking God to give them good interactions with people interested in serving among the least-reached and wisdom in following up with these individuals later in the month.

Ask for safety for all those traveling to participate in New Personnel Orientation (NPO) and Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO), especially those navigating icy roads.

Lift up all those teaching sessions at NPO and PDO, praying for wisdom and good health for each one.

Ask God to use the children’s programs during these pre-field trainings to prepare workers’ kids for life in least-reached communities. Pray for stamina and protection from illness for our TCK (third-culture kid) coordinator as she leads these programs.

Pray for energy and joy for Kari, our U.S. director’s wife, as she hosts many meals during trainings and board meetings in January.

Pray that the mobilizer attending MissionConnexion Northwest will make good connections with individuals and area churches who want to establish churches among the least-reached.

Ask for productive discussions and great wisdom for the U.S. board as they meet.

Praise God for sustaining the Finance team through year-end activities such as budgeting and account reconciliations. Please continue praying for them as they prepare for the annual audit.

Pray that Christar staff will be a blessing and help to a partner church that has asked for assistance in planning its upcoming missions week.

Pray for wisdom in finalizing goals and plans for 2026.
