Pray as a mobilizer visits the IT (Intensive Training) Project, a seven-week program for college students focused on God’s heart for the world. Ask God to facilitate good connections and use this time to encourage participants to seriously consider ministry among the least-reached.

Lift up the 14 workers participating in the RENEW retreat July 20-24. As they debrief from their last term on the field and consider their well-being, pray they will be refreshed and encouraged.

Pray for everyone involved in hosting RENEW, including the six member care staff, our U.S. director and his wife, and our third-culture kid coordinator along with her volunteer staff of five. Ask that the retreat will run smoothly as it’s held at an off-site location for the first time.

Pray for mobilizers as they plan for the coming school year, and ask that they will effectively help believers considering cross-cultural ministry take steps forward during the summer.

Keep praying for the Finance Division, which has transitioned to numerous new systems and processes in recent months. Division staff would especially appreciate prayer that they’d prioritize challenges wisely and continue to make steady progress.

Praise God for five mid-term workers who, after two years of ministry on the field, have decided to serve with Christar long term. As they prepare to return, ask the Lord to give them good times with loved ones and provide their needed financial support.

Pray that those who explored our new annual report and Transformation Update, All of Us, in June will be encouraged by the ways God is using them in the Great Commission.

Lift up Christar’s human resources generalist as she works through an SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification process.

Continue to ask God to provide a total of 60 people to start the process of serving long term with Christar throughout 2025.
