How Can Your Church Send?
Following the model set in Acts 13, we believe the local church is the entity that sends cross-cultural workers. Sending is an ongoing, multifaceted responsibility that begins long before a worker is sent and continues through his or her cross-cultural service.
As your church sends, our Church Partnership team is eager to come alongside you. We’re dedicated to helping your local fellowship be involved in bringing the message of Christ to people who have never been introduced to Him.
It’s our joy to partner with churches to send workers to minister among the least-reached in ways that align with these fellowships’ approach to cross-cultural ministry. Once workers reach the field, we cooperate with churches to help ensure that those they have sent are faithful and fruitful in ministry, and to provide care and support that helps these workers thrive as they live and serve in challenging places.
Our Church Partnership Team also offers trainings and resources that equip local bodies of Christ to more intentionally engage least-reached people, to launch new church-planting initiatives and to send not only individuals but entire teams to serve cross-culturally. And, our staff works with sending churches to ensure that they are prepared in the event that the workers they support face a crisis.
