Ep. 41 - Flourishing in Ministry: Leaders and Those They Lead
Description
Virgil Tanner, author of "Soul Tending: Leadership for Strategic Human Flourishing," shares how leaders and global workers can serve in healthy ways. He talks about personal growth that includes community and stresses that ministry isn’t just about productivity, but fruitfulness. How do leaders serve with a towel over their shoulders? It isn’t just humbly helping with menial tasks but empowering those being supervised to flourish. He encourages strategic monthly interactions that help both the leader and those being led into personal growth and greater fruitfulness.
