Description

Global workers encounter strange and sometimes funny adventures that they wouldn’t necessarily experience in their home countries. God uses these experiences to shape their lives and ministries. Drawing from her book “Screams in the Desert: Hope and Humor for Women in Cross-Cultural Ministry," Sue tells of four events that shaped her view of God, herself, ministry and her whole life in general, starting with "I Gave God My Life but Not My Toothbrush." Listen and learn what happened in "Culture Shock Without Electricity," "Little Shoe in a Big City /Little Faith in a Big God" and "Faithfulness, Perseverance and Trusting in God."
