GDQ International Christian School in Albania advances the Great Commission by providing transformational education to the children of cross-cultural workers. Albania is predominantly Muslim, with less than 1% evangelical Christians. GDQ is a key ministry partner for worker families representing 22 countries and serving alongside 44-plus ministries across the Balkan region.

The heart of the school’s mission is to raise up the next generation of global leaders through high-quality education, spiritual growth and development, and to be an intentional light by sharing the love of Jesus through student-led outreach to the community.

GDQ International Christian School is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and is a Family School of TeachBeyond. It is also the only accredited Christian school in the entire Balkan region.

Participate in the Ministry of GDQ International Christian School

By Giving:

• Classroom supplies—from markers and crayons ($5) to PE equipment like soccer balls ($15) to textbooks ($40) and new computers ($500)—equip the school so students thrive in learning.
• A full-year tuition scholarship for one child costs $6,000. For a family that might otherwise have to leave the field, this changes everything.
• GDQ is in the midst of a historic capital campaign to purchase a permanent home for the school. This represents an opportunity to establish a permanent anchor of Christian influence in Albania. The goal is $5.2 million. For more information, visit the GDQ website.
